Have you heard the news on the blogs about the Soleil Razor being on Clearance at Walgreens for $3.89? Some people have used the Wags -$2.00 off coupon along with the 3/15 SS -$2.00 coupons to get an overage and get them for free. I tried this today and not only did it NOT work, the lady took my Manufactures coupons instead of just scanning the Wags Easy Saver Coupon ( since she said she could only use one of the coupons only ). In the store she said once she scanned it she couldn't take it back but I called later and they said to come back to get my coupons back. So I will be heading out to do that later. What a pain and waste of time and gas!!

I had a similar situation a week or two ago (http://simplysimonsons.blogspot.com/2009/03/tale-of-two-stores.html). I am glad they are giving your coupons back, but still why aren't they consistant at all the stores.
This is a situation where it is handy to have the coupon policy with you.

Some stores are enforcing the "Limit 1" on the easy saver coupon. Other stores let you get as many as you want. I have a favorite store and a favorite cshier at that store. Just wish all the items I wanted to 'coupon" were available at that location.

I think I have decided not to try Walgreens. If you, the coupon queen, have problems than me being a newbie would totally suck it up! What a waste!
I know! Walgreens is getting to be more of a hassle than it's worth!

I had that happen to me on Thursday! The lady was so mean to me and she kept saying under her breath that she can't believe she works here with people like me coming in (I had about 20 or so coupons to scan, plus 10 WAG coupons, plus some RR's, and there was a line of about 3 people behind me - even though I asked to check out at the makeup counter and she becamse irritated with me..). And then, the noxzema bikini shavers were on sale for me for 2/$4 plus an extra $2 IVC/WAG plus I had another $2/1 Q but she told me I couldn't use both because then I would get the item for free. (ha, little did she know that I got a whole bunch of items before that for free). Anyway, I decided not to argue with her, go back to the photo area where the manager was, and he ended up giving me back cash for the missed coupons that "couldn't be used".
I was so mad, but I think I will go there in the mornings/mid afternoons during the week when it won't be so busy.
