Lots of questions being asked about Target and price matching and being able to use coupons on top of that. I read in the price matching page that it says the it excludes coupons. You can read it HERE. Then I fellow blogger Nicole from the Economical Manager wrote Target and asked them if you are able to use coupons as well as price match and they wrote her saying that YES you can use both. So Nicole put the letter in PDF form and you can print it out and take it with you for back up. I am still wondering if Target will argue this. I have price matched and used coupons and never hear anything from Target about not doing it. What do you guy think? Will you price match and use coupons?

I did some price matching at Target this past weekend when their toy booklet with the coupons came out.
The best deal I got..
The Princess Vanity/Piano thing my daughter has been begging for was "on sale" at Target for $99.99 they also offered a $10 off coupon making it $89.99. However, in the Toys R Us big book, it is advertised for $69.99.
The item rang for $99.99.. I price matched to $69.99 and was then able to use the $10 off coupon getting this item for $59.99+tax. No problems!
I did the same thing for the Thomas Get up and Go. It was at Target for $39.99 plus a $5 off coupon. At Kmart it was $34.99 and I was able to use the $5.00 coupon making it $29.99. No problems.
I did like 5 price matches total and used a Target coupon with each. The reps at the store were shocked at the deals. I find Target to be terribly overpriced in comparison to other stores.. and their deals are never really that great unless you have some super coupons.
